Starting with tha value, way worth the money spent compared to other higher-up brands that work the same in my eyes. Also in my opinion, it’s easy to use and it’s straightforward. Have your coffee beans grounded and add a cups worth or two cups worth into the spoon. Twist spoon tightly(sometimes you time u will overtighten and possibly break something but u shouldn’t worry). Add water to the reservoir in the back and have the milk frothed on the right hand side. Lastly, sit down and let the coffee machine do the magic. It’s not too heavy yet not cheaply made. Functions great and easy to clean (recommend cleaning right after you make your coffee). The lcd display and the touch are easy, clear and simple to use. Now let me make me a cup of coffee (cold brew for afternoons) and sit down!

I bought this espresso machine to make my daily coffee ritual a bit more luxurious at home. The compact design is perfect for my small kitchen counter space without sacrificing style. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for anyone who wants their home barista skills upped a notch.The 20-bar pressure system delivers decent espresso shots—nothing like a professional machine but satisfying at home. It heats up quickly and is easy to clean, which are both big pluses. I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks so far, although the manual could use more detailed instructions for beginners. All in all, it’s been a good investment for my morning cappuccino routine.

So far so good. The machine and its accessories were packed well. Easy to clean and setup. Ran a full tank of filtered water through the Americano setting since I would imagine that’s the longest water run. The compact design is perfect for under my cabinets. A bit lightweight, so it’s a two hand job to attach the portafilter. The suction feet on the bottom is not that strong.However, this machine did make my less liked coffee beans taste AMAZING! I successfully make a delicious cup of Cappuccino with double espresso and fresh raw milk using the steamed milk setting. The espresso extraction was on point with a great flow.The preprogrammed buttons are easy to use. You can look at the preprogrammed button functionality as easy or limited… I see it as easy since I’m just a beginner and this is my first espresso machine.The machine is a great value for your money if your goal is to simply make espressos. There are a lot of plastic parts which I don’t really care for, but I got what I paid for and happy that my once blah beans are delicious now.7/30/25 UPDATE: I was able to find a stainless steel 51mm Bottomless Portafilter & Puck Screen right here on Amazon. The WhaleSiper fits perfectly! Highly recommend upgrading to a stainless steel portafilter.
